Fourteen years have passed since the defeat of the Ultimate Power. Melinda, named after the charmed ones ancestors, is growing immensely powerful. Her first accidental magic impressed even her eldest brother, the twice blessed child. Both sides of the moral divide, good and evil, have become uneasy. The demonic races are scared of imminent extinction, already cut down through the influx of good magic. The forces of good are worried of this girl with brilliant power been taught by witches that have defied there wishes before.
