"You're welcome, Gloria..." replied Piper with a smile. She then took a small sip of coffee as Leo started tucking in the pie while smiling slightly at his wife. Despite this, Leo was still thinking about the Browns and why they seemed so familiar.

Gloria took a sip of coffee with such a pleasure that made Mark laugh. He glanced at Leo, even though he was eating his pie, he seemed to be occupied with something else. Mark couldn't shake the bad feeling, what if he knows?

Piper watched Leo curiously, she had noticed him glancing at Mark several times during the meal and she wondered if he knew him. Shrugging the thought away, Piper picked up the fork and ate a small piece of apple pie in silence.

Gloria ate a piece of the pie and smiled sadly. "It's great!" She said. "I haven't eaten apple pie since... well, since I was a child. My mum used to make them before she... " Gloria stopped. Her mother died when Gloria was 16. She was accused of being a witch and burned, but that probably wasn't the story to tell Leo and Piper.

Piper looked at Gloria and nodded slowly, the look on Gloria's face told her that her mother had died. She sighed and said softly, "I can understand you... my mother passed away when I was a little girl as well..." Leo wrapped an arm around Piper's shoulder as she said this.

Gloria nodded her head. "I'm sorry." She said. It seemed that her and Piper weren't so different after all. Mark looked at Gloria without saying a word. He knew what happened to her mother, but Gloria never talked about it.

Piper shook her head and smiled weakly before brushing off Leo's hand. She then looked down at the coffee and sipped it slowly. At least she could still see and talk to her mother's spirit, nevertheless the thought saddened her especially since it made her think of her older sister as well.

Leo looked at both women, he then sighed to himself and exchanged a look with Mark before saying "Gloria... Mark... how would you like to join us on a picnic someday next week? That way you can meet our kids..." He smiled slightly and waited for the couple's reply while trying to avoid Piper's gaze.
